Physical Education

Rugby sports

This subject is taught to students in forms 1 to 4. It is compulsory to all form 1 and 2 students. During the course of these two years, students are introduced not only to Physical Education as an academic subject but also as the foundation for all sport.  The students get to learn the advantages of physical activity, correct nutrition and how to prevent sport related injuries. Students who come into the school without prior exposure to sports such as swimming, cricket, rugby and others are introduced to these during these lessons.

At form 3 and 4 Physical Education is offered as one of the option subjects. Students opt to take up the subject on the basis of the two introductory years of exposure to the subject. The subject is examined at IGCSE by Cambridge International Examinations board. The examination consists of a written theory paper and a practical based coursework assessment.
